Shipping

As everything is handmade to order, next day delivery isn't possible (except in the circumstance of any sample/seconds sales.)
Please allow up to 21 days for your item to be made and shipped.

I ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked, which is included in the cost of the order.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, at the cost of £20. Once shipped, you will be updated with tracking information.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs of VAT/Duties or any other fee that might be incurred with a delivery anywhere outside the UK. When your order enters your delivery country, the courier will be in touch with you via phone, text or email to let you know if you have any customs fees to pay.

I do not take responsibility for items once they have been posted.


If you need an item of clothing by a certain date, please get in touch via email prior to this and also add this date to the 'customisation' box when placing your order, and I can try my best to work to this date when making your item!

Returns

All items are handmade to order once you have purchased, so please check that your measurements are correct at the time of ordering, as I am unable to accept returns if you are not happy with the fit as specified.
As they are made with love, I am happy to offer alterations if needed. Please get in touch within 7 days of recieving your order so that this can be discussed. After this time the items are non-refundable.

I will accept returns if the item is incorrectly made or as advertised, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt of item and I can advise you on how to make a return.

All returns are to be paid for by the customer. I suggest returns are sent via a tracked service, as I cannot be held responsible if a return parcel isn't delivered/goes missing.

I explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is not available/in stock/unable to be fulfilled.
  • Your billing information is not correct or verifiable.
  •  Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • Your address provided by yourself causes error, either in the event of misspelling/pricing/other errors in the website information.


If items are returned back due to failed/missed delivery, any postage charges will need to be paid for by the customer in order to return this back to you. In the event an item is lost/damaged due to misspelling or incorrect address provided on your order, I am not liable to refund or replace this item.
